Records Management System Platforms

With the modern information technology, CITIC FinTech has developed a wide range of records and digitalization management applications mainly including:


• Guard Records Storage, Operation and Management System: This system can achieve a series of process management (storage, circulation, destruction, etc.) of physical records with technical means such as double-blind management and RFID. As customers can place orders with one click through the GuardSystem, we can provide customers with efficient and convenient “table-to-table” physical records management services through the hierarchical authorization management.


• Jupiter Records Imaging Information Management Platform: Relying on the cloud application technology, this platform provides real-time records digitization, image processing, automatic archiving and other image information management services, help customers to extend the records management field from the traditional paper and magnetic media management to the image data management. The convenient and fast “high restoration” image query also protects the use of original records to a certain extent.


• Trinity System: Developed in SaaS mode, this system provides customers with seven kinds of comprehensive records management services based on the blockchain technology, such as online document editing, automatic filing, image information collection, text AI recognition, content management application, data mining and utilization, and comprehensive offline services. These services can help customers to realize the full-process integrated management of their own data and information, i.e., the circulation, storage and application of “massive document data” from stock documents to process documents.

Records Management System Software

Relying on a strong R&D team, CITIC FinTech has kept pace with the times, and developed a series of records management software covering the reception, sorting, preservation and utilization of records according to the records management laws and characteristics, establishing many modular and integrated records management systems. CITIC FinTech has more than 20 records management software with independent intellectual property rights. In January 2020, the National Audit Office’s digital record office constructed by CITIC FinTech passed the expert evaluation organized by the National Archives Administration and was awarded the “National Model Digital Record Office”.


• Digital Record Office Management System: Based on the standards and specifications of the National Archives Administration, such as the Guideline on the Construction of Digital Record Office and Evaluation Index for the Construction of Digital Record Office, and the actual business needs of records management, this system can help to build a records information database and realize the records management functions, including the receipt, collection, archiving, cataloging, retrieval, utilization, appraisal, statistics, compilation and research of electronic records.


• Integrated Records Management System: This is a software system that focuses on the management of catalog information, electronic image information and electronic full-text information of records, realizes data collection, entity management, security management, log management and many other functions, and completes the full-process management covering the receipt and digitalization of physical records, the archiving, collation and cataloging of electronic records, records utilization, information release, storage management, and the transfer of records.
